Studio terms and conditions

I. General provisions

1. These terms set out the rules for using the services provided at AUREA SKIN Kosmetologia Holistyczna.
2. These terms are made available to clients in a way that allows them to read them before using our services, including on our website and through the studio’s information channels. They are also available at the studio.
3. The studio may decline or discontinue a treatment if contraindications are present, the client has not provided information needed to assess whether the treatment is safe, the client’s behaviour prevents safe service delivery, or the treatment could otherwise compromise safety.

II. Reading these terms and booking

1. Clients booking an appointment are required to read these terms before their visit. Making a booking after the terms have been made available confirms the opportunity to review the arrangements for booking, cancellation, rescheduling, late arrival and use of the studio’s services.
2. Appointments may be booked using the channels provided by the studio, particularly Booksy, by telephone or by other currently available methods.
3. Clients should provide accurate contact details so that their bookings can be managed. Organisational messages about appointments are not marketing communications.

III. Cancellations, rescheduling and no-shows

1. Please cancel or reschedule no later than 24 hours before the appointment is due to begin.
2. If an appointment is cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice, or the client does not attend, AUREA SKIN may make acceptance of that client’s next booking conditional on payment of a deposit in advance.
3. The amount of the deposit and the terms governing it will be communicated to the client before the next booking is made and before payment. The deposit will be credited towards the price of the service when it is provided as agreed.
4. If AUREA SKIN cancels an appointment for which a deposit has been paid, the deposit will be refunded or, with the client’s consent, applied to a new appointment.
5. A deposit required for a subsequent booking is not a penalty for an earlier cancellation or no-show; it is a condition for accepting a new booking following the event described above.

IV. Late arrivals

1. Please arrive on time. A late arrival may result in a reduced scope of service if the type of treatment allows this and safety is not affected.
2. If a late arrival makes it impossible to provide the treatment properly and safely in the time remaining, the studio may decline to begin the service and offer a different appointment.
3. The studio will not shorten required product processing times or safety procedures to make up for a late arrival.

V. Suitability and safety

1. Clients must provide truthful and up-to-date information relevant to assessing whether they can receive a treatment. This includes allergies, illnesses, medicines taken, previous reactions and other circumstances that may be relevant to the particular procedure.
2. Each treatment is provided only after assessing whether it can be carried out safely. Booking an appointment does not guarantee that the treatment can take place if contraindications are identified.
3. Clients should follow all pre-treatment and aftercare instructions. Failure to do so may affect safety, results and how long they last.
4. Treatment results vary between individuals and depend, among other things, on individual characteristics, skin or hair condition, aftercare, lifestyle and adherence to instructions. The studio cannot guarantee the same result or duration for every client.

VI. Minors

1. Treatments for minors are provided only after an individual suitability assessment and with the required consent of a parent or legal guardian.
2. The studio may decline a treatment for a minor if the procedure is unsuitable for their age, skin or hair condition, or for other safety reasons.

VII. Hygiene and conduct

1. Clients must follow the hygiene and safety rules in force at the studio and any reasonable instructions given by the person providing the treatment.
2. For safety and comfort, the number of accompanying people may be limited. Accompanying people must not disrupt treatments or enter the treatment area where doing so could affect safety.
3. The studio may decline to provide a service to someone under the influence of alcohol or other substances that affect their ability to participate in the treatment knowingly.

VIII. Payment and promotions

1. Service prices follow the current price list in force at the time of booking or the terms of the specific offer provided to the client.
2. Promotions, discounts and packages apply under the terms stated in the relevant offer. Unless a promotion states otherwise, discounts cannot be combined.
3. An appropriate proof of purchase will be issued at the client’s request in accordance with applicable law.

IX. Complaints

1. Please report concerns about a completed service to the studio as soon as reasonably possible after noticing them, providing information that allows us to assess the situation. Making a complaint does not limit statutory consumer rights.
2. Complaints are considered individually, taking into account the nature of the service, treatment records, instructions provided and applicable law.
3. These terms do not exclude or restrict clients’ rights under mandatory consumer-protection law.

X. Personal data and images

1. Clients’ personal data are processed in accordance with applicable laws and AUREA SKIN’s Privacy Policy.
2. Photographs and the publication of an identifiable image are governed by separate rules and, where required, the client’s voluntary consent. Declining marketing consent or consent to publish an image does not affect access to our services.

XI. Final provisions

1. These terms are available on the AUREA SKIN website and may also be provided through social media and at the studio.
2. Changes to these terms do not affect rights already acquired or the terms of contracts previously concluded. Matters not addressed here are governed by applicable Polish law.
3. These terms have been in effect since 10 August 2026.
